Customer Service Specialist

Woodlands Bank is seeking a qualified, experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Loyalsock Office. Responsibilities include a variety of duties to support the consumer services functions of a community office; through knowledge of branch operations; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a working knowledge of bank consumer products and services, along with operating policies and procedures; coordinating work within the office, as well as other departments; respond to inquiries or requests for information.
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education and training; S.A.F.E. Act certification required.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in related positions normally required.
